Historie von OTOBO. Die Basis ist über 20 Jahre alt und beruht auf CGI, Apache mit mod_perl.
Phase I: Im Zuge von Docker-Support Unterstützung von Plack durch CGI::Emulate::PSGI. Webserver Gazelle.
Phase II: Komplettumstellung auf Plack.
