What if one morning, the world woke up and found Hackers in charge of government? What laws would a party of fearless, anti-authoritarians rescind? What would we want our government to look like? Tying together thoughts on the future, politics, lessons from hackerspaces and four years spent in Washington DC, Nick Farr will present his take on what an ideal government might look like. While presenting some controversial viewpoints, this session is designed to provoke thought and discussion on the governments we have, the world we want and what hackers all over the planet can do in the mean time.
