Radio spectrum policy has been a field of regulation authorities, ministries, the EU commission, MEPs and all of these are heavily lobbied by the telecoms and broadcasting industries, among others.

I will talk about my personal experience in the different levels of radio spectrum lobbying on the European level, and why hackers should get involved in radio spectrum policy.
