A Morphable Model for the Synthesis of 3D Faces MPI for Biological Cybernetics Tübingen, Germany
Die Arbeit “A Morphable Model for the Synthesis of 3D Faces”, die auf der SIGGRAPH 1999 vorgestellt wurde, zeigt ein System, das Gesichter auf Basis von Analysen mehrerer anderer Gesichter nachbilden kann. Zur Nachbildung ist lediglich ein einziges, nicht-dreidimensionales Abbild erforderlich. Das Gesicht kann in allen Blickwinkeln und Gesichtsausdrücken nachgebildet werden.
